Mr.
Govind Setlur – Founder and CEO
An authority on payment systems, Govind’s experiences led to the founding of enStage Inc, a leading US based provider of payment and payment security services in emerging markets. Former CTO, Silicon Valley Bank, California, Mr. Setlur brings over 25 years of technical management experience across large organizations and start-up companies, both in the US and India. This includes financial institutions such as Silicon Valley Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, as well as companies such as AT&T, KPMG, and UPS. Govind holds degrees in BS Electrical Engineering and MS Computer Science degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and lives in Cupertino, California.
Ms. Veena Mistry – Co-founder
and CTO
With over 15 years of
experience in the engineering management, design
and development of complex software systems, Ms.
Mistry most recently was responsible for the
development of Internet Banking Software at
Silicon Valley Bank. She also has software
engineering experience at a number of major
corporations, including Lucent, Intergraph, TCSI
and SBC. Ms. Mistry holds a Master’s degree in
Computer Science from the University of Southern
Mississippi.
Mr. Bipin Toro – VP India Operations
With over 12 years of experience in helping Financial Institutions achieve their business and technical goals, Mr. Toro has successfully taken several payment products to market for major banks. Mr. Toro not only enjoys a trusted relationship with customers, he also provides innovative solutions to help them gain an edge in a competitive market place. Mr. Toro provides ongoing thought leadership and consulting to industry leaders such as HDFC bank, ICICI bank, SBI, and Axis Bank. Mr. Toro has built high performance, highly scalable and complex banking and card processing systems. Mr. Toro holds an Engineering degree in Instrumentation and is a gold medalist, from University of Mysore.

Subrata Mitra
Before joining Accel as a Partner, Subrata was a Partner at Erasmic Venture Fund. At Accel he focuses on Technology, Mobile & Internet.
Subrata has served on the Boards of Small-device, now a part of Digital Chocolate, Mu Sigma and Perfint.
Prior to Erasmic, Subrata was MD, India, for Tavant Technologies, Inc., a US based Mortgage Solutions Company, which was acquired by privately held Ameriquest Mortgage Capital in 2004 (now a part of CitiCapital).
Previously, Subrata was the Founder at Firewhite, Inc., which was acquired by Ubiquio, Inc., and later merged into Mobile Planet.
Subrata started his career at IBM's prestigious T.J. Watson and Santa Teresa Labs.
Subrata holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science degree from IIT, Kanpur.

Mr. Robert Frick
For more than 23 years, Mr.
Frick successfully led various divisions of Bank
of America, serving as Vice Chairman of the
Board, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice
president of the Financial Services division and
Managing Director of BankAmerica International.
Mr. Frick co-owns a real estate investment
company and serves on the boards of Kana
Communications and five other private companies.
Mr. Frick also served as Vice President of
Finance and a member of the Board of Directors
at Measurex, a leading manufacturer of digital
process control computer systems. Mr. Frick
received a Bachelors of Science in Civil
Engineering and an MBA from Washington
University in St. Louis.
Mr. Sanjoy Bose
Sanjoy Bose
is the Founder & CEO of Buzznet Sdn Bhd.,
Malaysia (www.buzznetlabs.com). Prior to starting Buzznet,
Sanjoy was the co-founder & President of iBusinessHub Inc,
a Venture Capital funded company ($5.8M, 1999) to build one
of the earliest web services platforms.
Earlier Sanjoy served as the founding management team
of Inventa Technologies, CA, a leading, privately held
Internet systems integration firm providing E-Commerce
(eCRM) solutions to Global 2000 companies. Prior to Inventa,
(1992 -1995) Sanjoy served as VP and COO with Bitech (India/Santa Clara),
a subsidiary of the Dubai based ETA-ASCON group.
Sanjoy started his career in IT field in 1984 when he
joined CMC (INDIA) after graduating with a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India,
and holds a BA degree from Madras Christian College.
